ohgod I’m having Thieves’ World feels now
I was never a big fan of the written books, but the RPG was superb. I just loved the darkness of it all - D&D never grabbed me, it was a little too kid-friendly, but Thieves’ World allowed me to DM a really brutal, really gritty game and I fucked adored it.
